Schema Download

According to the cfiXML release procedures, there are two levels of releases that are publicly available for download:

1. Approved Public Release - intended to be fully QA tested and validated and suitable for building commercial release software implementations.
2. Beta Public Release - intended to provide software implementers with the most recent valid 'work in progress' schema versions for software developers to build test software implementations that use recently requested schema extensions in between Approved Public Releases.

The following downloads are provided as zip files.

Latest Releases - Approved Public Release 4.0   (29 June 2011)

This Public Release marks a significant change in cfiXML schema, details of which are provided in the release notes.  Two downloads are available:

1. Full cfiXML schema as cfiXmlFullReleaseV4.zip (0.5 MB, includes complete set of schemas, example xml files, release notes summarizing significant updates since Approved Public Release 3.0, and details on specific updates since Working Release 3.04)
2. A new cfiXML Light (LT) schema as cfiXmlLTReleaseV4.zip. (0.4 MB, includes complete set of LT schemas, example LT xml files, release notes summarizing significant updates since Approved Public Release 3.0, details on specific updates since Working Release 3.04, and details of items removed to create the subset schema.)
   
   LT schema is a subset of Full cfiXML and has been developed to support the use of simple XML serialization tools and enable developers with limited XML experience to be able to develop data exchange systems easily and cost-effectively.

        cfiXML Release Version 3.0 (0.5 MB, includes complete set of schemas, example xml files, summary report of updates since Approved Public Release 2.0, and release notes on specific updates since Working Release 2.02)

Approved Public Release 2.0   (6 December 2006)
        cfiXML Release Version 2.0 (0.5 MB, includes complete set of schemas, plus summary of last 6 months updates)

Approved Public Release 1.0   (19 July 2004)
        cfiXML Release Version 1.0 (2 MB, includes complete set of schemas and all documentation)
